Another mixed media piece. It’s 9 x 12, and started with lots of collage, which I then painted over using watercolor, acrylic, FC Gel Sticks and ink.

You amaze me, Tori. You're like the daughter I never had . . . What did you use to "collage the bkgd., And WHAT is "FC Gel Sticks and ink"? Love this and all your stuff . . <3
Aww thank you Sandy.. probably more a long lost cousin? 😉 I used torn patterned tissue paper and magazine pages to collage the background, although you can't see much of them now because i painted over them so much. Faber Castell Gel Sticks or Gelatos are similar to a water soluable crayon. You can use them in the same manner. I used black ink rather than black paint, Pitt artist pens in various sizes. *hugs*
