A much more colorful piece of art to share with you today. I painted this last week while following a Paint Your Heart and Soul 2018 lesson by Mystelle Kirkeeng. You create a mixed media background and then find a face or picture in the paint. This is something I have always enjoyed doing with watercolor but have never done with acrylic or mixed media. When I looked in my collaged and painted page, I saw one eye and the lips and went from there. This was a really fun, intuitive way to paint and I know I’ll be doing more of it.
